Since its inception 14 years ago, the annual Montreal gala for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada has been an immensely popular event, garnering important support and funds for the national organization that makes such a difference in the lives of those living with the cruel and challenging diseases.

This year’s edition chaired by Erin Battat (who attended festivities with husband Joe) and Marian Sniatowsky (with husband Andrew) was no different: The venue was the gorgeous MMFA; entertainment, understated and enjoyable thanks to Joanne Cutler and her band Que Sera; and keyboardist Jason Rosenblatt who performed with flutist Tevet Sela; and cocktail Dînatoire beyond gratifying due to the generosity of top-notched food and alcohol suppliers: the SAQ, Bagels on Green, Beaux Gateaux, Burger Bar, C&C meat packing, Caldwell, Chez Nino, Galerie Au Chocolat, Grumman ’78, Hof Kelsten, J&R Butcher, Joe Beef, Nora Gray, Patisse, LCC vins et spiritueux, Cocoa Local, Steve’s Fish Store, Wolfe Montcalm, La Sirène, Boulangerie Le Fournil, Traiteur LT, Moishe’s, TCBY, Java U, Squish, Snowdon Deli, Spice Market, Beaver Tails, Loic, Montreal Plaza, Bars Boutique, Smokeshow, Dopocena, Foxy, Simply Wonderful, Starbucks, Kimmie Cakes, Schwartz’s and on the kosher side, Amsellem Artisan Charcutier, Paradise Kosher, The Living Room, Boulangerie Cheskie, Elégant et Raffiné, Beso, Chops and La Marguerite.
